Project title:
Insect diversity in forests; North Rhine-Westphalia - State and Development
ZFMK Project lead:

Description

In this project, a better overview of the insect diversity in North Rhine-Westphalia's forests is to be gained on the basis of both old data and new studies. Both natural near-natural forests and commercial forests are included in the analysis. From this, key structures for insect diversity are to be determined and actions for forest management are to be given. The project is being carried out in cooperation with Wald und Holz NRW.
