Protection and hygiene measures

General information

The number of visitors per time unit is limited.

Entering the building and visiting the exhibition is only allowed with a mouth and nose cover. Please bring your own mouth-nose cover with you.

You will need gloves for visiting the exhibition. These can be borrowed at the cash desk. Own gloves are not allowed. These gloves will enable you to use the interactive media in the exhibition, which we would otherwise have had to mask. This way you can enjoy the entire exhibition. With the use of the interactive media the exhibitions bring you all the fun.

Please keep your gloves on during the entire visiting time and return them at the end of your visit. We will collect the gloves and wash them at 60 degrees before handing them out again.

If you feel ill, please stay at home.

Please keep a minimum distance of 1.5 m from other people. Should there be a queue in front of the main entrance, please also make sure that the minimum distance is adhered to.

Cough or sneeze (together with the mouth and nose protector) into the crook of your arm and keep your hands away from your face (eyes, nose, mouth).

Please visit the exhibitions only alone, in pairs or with members of your own household.

Avoid the formation of groups.

Wash your hands thoroughly (at least 20-30 seconds) with soap and water after going to the toilet.

In order to avoid visitor encounters, the exhibitions can currently only be visited a round tours.

Food and drink is not permitted in the museum building.

For your own protection and the protection of your fellow human beings, we ask you to adhere to the regulations.

Admission is only possible with a ticket.

Tickets can only be purchased at the museum box office and only with cash. If possible, please keep the accurate amount ready.

Card payment is currently not available, however we are presently working on a swift set up of a new ticketing system and introduce card payments.

There is currently no online ticketing available and we do not provide time slots for visits.

Please note that group bookings are currently not possible. We only sell single tickets - for members of one household however, we also sell several tickets to one person.

Please note that we currently do not offer group bookings

Children under 6 years of age, holders of annual tickets or vouchers need a ticket (in this case free of charge).

Distance regulation

Please make sure that the distances are adhered to when entering the building. We have marked the usual waiting areas in the outside area.
