Abstract:

Digital image analyses provide exciting opportunities to study morphological variation in species
and to monitor ontogenetic changes. Although increasingly used analyses of images are commonly time consuming, hampering monitoring applications involving huge sample sizes. Herein we propose a novel analysis tool programmed in the open source statistics platform R.
