In tiefer Trauer verabschieden wir uns von unserem geschätzten Kollegen
Herrn Dr. Karl-Heinz Lampe
geb. am 14.10.1953 in Fürstenau/ Landkreis Osnabrück
gest. am 14.09.2010 in Mechernich
Als langjähriger Leiter der Biodiversitätsinformatik des Instituts hat er uns unersetzbare Dienste geleistet, als Kollege und Freund hat er uns motiviert und den Alltag bereichert. Er hat durch Aufklärungsarbeit und Forschung in Deutschland und in Entwicklungsländern für den Erhalt der Artenvielfalt gekämpft. Trotz seiner Krankheit beteiligte er sich bis kurz vor seinem Tode aktiv und voller Optimismus an seinen Projekten mit zahlreichen Kooperationspartnern. Die Spuren seines Wirkens werden nicht vergehen.
